Sometimes, someone leaves the organization, and the email address is forwarded to you. Switching that account over to your email address is easy (as long as you are getting the email forwards from the old email address).
Step 1. Using the old email address, request a password change by browsing to https://secure.procurenow.com/reset-password, typing in the OLD email address, then hitting the send button:
Step 2. Look for the forwarded email and change the password to something you'll remember.
Step 3. Log in with the old email address and the updated password.
Step 4. Click on your profile, click settings and select the email tab. Make your changes, super simple! Do not forget to save your change!
You will now use this new email address when logging into the system.
NOTE: If you don't have access to the forwarded emails of the old email account, reach out to support and give us the old email address and we'll send you a link to reset the password so you can log in and change the email.
